Frequently Asked Questions
How does billing work?
Community and Full memberships can be billed monthly or paid annually. Monthly memberships are charged on your signup date each month. Annual memberships are paid up front and get a lower rate than paying monthly. Founding Circle is annual only, paid up front each year at your locked-in rate.
Can I cancel anytime?
If you're on a monthly membership, yes — just give us 15 days' notice before your next billing date and it'll end at the close of that billing cycle. Annual memberships can be cancelled with 30 days' notice before your renewal date; annual dues aren't refunded for cancelling mid-term. Founding Circle carries a 2-year minimum commitment — cancelling before that's up means giving up your seat and your locked rate, with no refund.
What happens to my membership when Phase 2 opens?
Community and Full pricing can change over time, with 30 days' written notice — that's true independent of Phase 2, and it never applies retroactively to a billing period already in progress.
Founding Circle is the one exception: your rate is locked for the life of your membership, no matter what changes around it, including new amenities like the salt cave and sauna.
Founding Circle members also get priority booking on those once they exist, and two seats at the inaugural chef's dinner.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — you can move from Community to Full (or back) at your next billing cycle, and the new rate applies from that point on. Founding Circle works differently: because it's capped at 15 spots, you can't switch into it later even from Full — you can only join at signup while spots remain. If you ever cancel a Founding Circle membership, you can't reclaim that seat or rate once it's gone.
What's included in the monthly wellness fair?
Entry is free for everyone. POTENTIAL members get more than a free walk-through — each month, our curated vendors offer members free perks and special rates you won't find as a member of the public.
What are guest passes, and how do they work?
You can bring guests to yoga, meditation, and sound bath at no charge. Every membership level has unlimited guest passes.
Guest passes are limited to new visitors, and each guest gets one free visit — after that, they're welcome back as a paying non-member or by joining themselves.
Guest passes don't extend to group acupuncture, the chef's dinner, or ticketed art events, and your guest needs to attend with you.
Do unused sessions roll over month to month?
No. Community's two included sessions reset each month and don't carry over if you don't use them. Full members don't need to think about this at all — programming is unlimited.
What's the difference between Community, Full, and Founding Circle?
Community gets you in the door — two wellness sessions a month, gallery access, and member rate on everything else.
Full removes the cap: unlimited yoga and meditation, plus member rate on sound bath and group acupuncture, early access to art at preview, and a few perks Community doesn't get and priority event registration.
Founding Circle is everything in Full, with your rate locked for the life of your membership and a few things nobody else gets — priority booking on the salt cave and sauna once they exist, and two seats at the inaugural chef's dinner.
Founding Circle membership is limited to 15 spots only.
How does the founding member rate lock work?
Your $850/year rate never changes for as long as you're a Founding Circle member — even if Community and Full pricing changes down the line, or when new amenities like the salt cave and sauna come online. It's a two-year minimum commitment; after that it renews automatically at the same rate until you cancel.
What's the member rate on private space rental?
Full and Founding Circle members get 10% off standard rental rates when booking the space privately. This perk isn't included with Community membership.
