This Week's Practices

Open to the public, save with a POTENTIAL Membership.

Sunday
Yoga — Strength & Flexibility
10:00 – 11:00am
$28 public · $18 Community Membership rate · Included for Full Membership
Details

A guided practice building heat through strength and flexibility work, moving at a steadier pace than slow flow. Move with your breath, build strength, and leave more open than you arrived.

Schedule
Sunday
Relaxation Sound Immersion
6:30 – 7:30pm
$40 public · $28 Community Membership rate · $18 Full Membership rate
Details

A fully immersive evening of sound, held by candlelight. Resonant tones from singing bowls, gongs, and chimes wash over the room, guiding the nervous system out of fight-or-flight and into rest.

Research on sound therapy is still developing, but early studies point to real, measurable effects — lower stress, slower heart rate, a shift into calmer brain wave states. You don't need to do anything. Just lie back, let the sound move through the space, and let your body do what it already knows how to do.

Schedule
Monday
Pilates
5:30 – 6:30pm
$32 public · $20 Community Membership rate · Included for Full Membership
Details

Strength, control, and precision — Pilates at POTENTIAL builds a stronger foundation, one intentional movement at a time.

Schedule
Tuesday
Yoga — Slow Flow
1:00 – 2:00pm
$28 public · $18 Community Membership rate · Included for Full Membership
Details

A slower, breath-led practice — poses held longer, movement unhurried. Less about building a sweat, more about presence, alignment, and moving meditation.

Schedule
Wednesday
Group Acupuncture
12:00 – 1:00pm
$75 public · $65 Community Membership rate · $55 Full Membership rate
Details

Acupuncture in a shared setting, working points on the head, arms, and legs — a lighter-touch approach to a practice usually reserved for private rooms. Led by a licensed practitioner, this format makes the benefits of acupuncture more accessible without sacrificing the quality of care.

Sit back, relax, and let the treatment do its work alongside others also here to reset.

Schedule
Thursday
Mental Reset
12:00 – 1:00pm
$22 public · $14 Community Membership rate · Included for Full Membership
Details

We're bombarded by stimulus constantly — notifications, noise, other people's urgency passed off as your own. Mental Reset is a chance to cultivate stillness and quiet within, using the MAX Meditation System, a proven technique to quiet the mind no matter your experience with meditation. Whether you've meditated for years or never sat still for five minutes, this practice meets you where you are.

Led by a practitioner certified by the Modern Mystery School, each session is a chance to access your superpowers — to respond instead of react to life.

Schedule
Friday
POTENTIAL RISE: 6am Dance Party

2nd Friday of the month

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be a member to attend?

No — all sessions are open to the public. Members pay a lower rate, and Full members get unlimited access to yoga, meditation, pilates, and 6am dance parties, plus member rate on sound bath and group acupuncture.

Do I need experience to join a session?

No. Every session is designed to meet you where you are, and our experienced team of teachers makes sure you feel welcome and at ease from the moment you walk in.

What should I wear or bring?

Comfortable clothing you can move (or sit still) in. Mats and props are provided for movement classes; cushions are provided for Mental Reset. Bring your own if you have a preference.

Do I need to arrive early?

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your session starts. For Relaxation Sound Bath & Mental Reset, please arrive early — once the session begins, we ask that you not enter late, since it's a quiet, low-light practice.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes. Community members get 1 guest pass per month; Full members have unlimited guest passes. Each guest gets one free visit to yoga, meditation, or sound bath.

Do unused sessions roll over?

Community's two included sessions reset each month and don't carry over. Full membership includes unlimited yoga and meditation, so this isn't a concern.

Where do I go once I arrive?

We're on the 2nd level, Penthouse Level, of The District Edina. Take the elevator up and turn left — you'll pass through the gallery to reach the event space where sessions are held.

Where do I park?

The District Edina's parking lot offers 100+ spots — free and open to all guests. Full directions are on our Location page.

Love Talks: Compatibility Conversation

Love isn’t something that happens to you. Like everything else worth having, it’s a practice, one you either move forward in or drift away from by default. The week of Valentine’s Day, we’re bringing together four people who see relationships from very different seats, and we’re letting them talk honestly about what actually keeps love growing.

Potential isn't a destination. It's a direction.
